Advanced Cockpit Flight Training (ACFT) is Western Australia’s newest flight
school, delivering flight training, aircraft hire and charter services to its students
and clients.
Originally starting life as Attitude Aerobatics based at Fighter Combat International
as a small and dedicated aerobatic school, ACFT has undergone a change in its
business focus. Established in 2007 to meet the growing need for a specialist
aerobatic training school, the company acquired VH-FKM, a 2000 model Super
Decathlon. Specialising initially in Aerobatic Training, basic to advanced,
Tailwheel Training and Emergency Manoeuvre Training, it was quickly recognised
that there was a growing need for a quality Commercial Training facility at
Jandakot Airport.
Today ACFT has grown to a fleet of seven aircraft and offers training from basic to
Commercial, as well as Command Instrument Rating, Multi Engine, Aerobatic,
Tailwheel and Formation. ACFT is also the only school in Western Australia to
specialise in Emergency Manoeuvre Training.
Our credentials include a growing list of professional commercial pilots who have
come to us from a multitude of backgrounds and boasts over 20,000 hours
combined flight experience among them. With instructors from general aviation,
military and commercial backgrounds, the standard of training at ACFT is currently
unrivalled within Western Australia. Our instructors are Career Instructors. What
does this mean to you? It means they will most likely be there from the beginning
to the end of your training. They are not here for the hours, they are here because it
is someting they love to do.They will commit to you and your training from day one
right through until you achieve your goals.
ACFT was created for all the reasons students are frustrated with other training
organisations. Our staff have been there as well, and we are determined not to
make the same mistakes.
